RKI Analytical Instruments GmbH ist an international enterprise in the field of gas sensory and gas warning systems and is a subsidiary of RIKEN KEIKI, Japan.
For product overview and selection assistance from its broad line of measurement instruments, RKI uses ConfigBox. Instead of classic product configuration, ConfigBox is used as product finder tool. Using the compatiblity rules to offer filter criterias like certification and the gas to measure ConfigBox finds the right product for the customer.
The customer can request a quotation and extra information and receives a PDF document per E-Mail and download while the sales team processes the request.
The system is multilingual (german and english) and will be expanded with all major european languages.
